Team Assembler (m/f), Hospet in Hospet, Karnataka

Your tasks:
- Maintain production equipment and machinery
- Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications
- Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies
- Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas
- Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management
- Operate machinery and heavy equipment, such as forklifts
- Supervise assemblers and train employees on job procedures
- Determine work assignments and procedures
Your skills:
- Writing computer programs for various purposes
- Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
- Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design
- Givingfull attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Managing one's own time and the time of others
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to developand evaluate options and implement solutions
- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation whenlearning or teaching new things
