Administrative Secretary (m/f), Hospet in Hospet, Karnataka

Your tasks:
- Attend meetings to record minutes
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or takemessages
Your skills:
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
- Communicatingeffectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
